Dear Solopreneur ~

I know you work hard, which is why self-care is an integral part of running your own business. I mean, come on you are your business! So what exactly are you doing to take care of you? Your business (and maybe some people you love too) is begging you to invest some of your precious time back into you. Here is one thing I'm doing and that would be so ultra cool if you participated with me!

Stop, Balance Go Meditation Workshop
Saturday, October 11, 2008 9am - 5pm
Harbor House Conference Center, Half Moon Bay, CA
Led by Cassie Schindler (an awesome woman I met a few months ago and saw present at the Circle of Women Conference. I absolutely love her energy and her story is uber inspirational.)

Enjoy a day with ocean breezes and the sound of waves as they gently caress the shore. Give yourself a much needed brake to connect with women from all walks of life who are ready to explore a new idea, a new pace.

You'll learn a 3-step process that will change the way you look at stoplights forever! You'll explore ancient and practical methods for balancing your responsive (green light), reactive (red light) and reflective (yellow light) energies, to more effectively direct the flow of your life.

Cost: $135 per person (includes breakfast, lunch & snacks)

Oh that would be so cool if you registered and went with me! Click here to learn more & register.

Thanks for the glowing recommendation, Cassandra! I'm excited to see you Saturday in Half Moon Bay for my final workshop of this year. Are you ready to Stop, Balance, Go?

I'm happy to extend a $20 Balance Buck rebate to any woman who is interested in attending and is ready for new options for balance and to entertain a new operating system. It's not too late. There are still spaces available.

Like minds attract and so I'm pleased but not surprised to have met you at the Circle of Women Conference. I'm even more thrilled to add you to my circle of friends. See you Saturday.

Until then, Be Well!

You're so very welcome, Cassie, and this comes at such a good time for me as I've had some recent health challenges and I know you have such valuable information/lessons/perspectives/techniques for me and everyone else who joins us!

Big Warm Hugs ~
